Non-Refundable Payment: Payments made for the utility card are non-refundable under any circumstances. Users should consider the value of the card thoughtfully before purchase.
Lost or Damaged Cards: In the event of loss or damage to the utility card, a fee of ₹ 999 will be charged for the issuance of a new card. No exceptions will be made.

Death of Card Holder: In the unfortunate event of the card holder's demise, occurring at least 5 years after card issuance, the company will deduct one percent (1%) of the card's benefits for the month of the incident or natural death. This amount will be distributed equally among the beneficiaries.
Lifetime Discounts: Utility card holders can avail lifelong discounts from affiliated businesses associated withCREATIVE GLOBAL FEATURES PRIVATE LIMITED.
Consideration Before Purchase: Users are urged to carefully consider their decision before obtaining the Creative Mart Utility Card, as the amount paid for the card is non-refundable.
